Countries and regions
We accept sample orders worldwide, subject to applicable law and carrier access. A listing at checkout is not a guarantee that every address can be served. We verify the shipping arrangement before dispatch; if unavailable, we contact you and offer an alternative or a full refund.

Timing and tracking
Processing and transit time vary by destination, customs and carrier availability. Contact us for a destination-specific estimate. We email you after dispatch; your order page contains the carrier and tracking information.

Import charges
The included-charge commitment applies to the sample kit, not future bulk orders. If a carrier or customs office requests payment, contact us with the notice before paying so we can arrange resolution. Keep any receipts if payment was unavoidable.

Delivery problems
Check the delivery address and phone number carefully. For loss, damage or non-delivery, contact us with your order reference and supporting information so we can investigate with the carrier.
